Unless otherwise agreed in writing or email, all orders are accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. Any special conditions printed on the client's order will not be accepted if they are at variance with our own.

Prices:

All prices displayed on our website are subject to alteration at any time without notice.

Payment:

Full payment must be received in cleared funds from the client to KSM Global Ltd before your service is provided.

Payment methods:

Due to our automated setup process we require you to pay through our website by credit/debit card using our payment processor (PayPal). You do not require to have a Paypal account.

Your right to cancel:

a. You have the right to cancel your order at anytime within the first 7 days by sending an email to info@updatebyemail.com.

b. After the 7 days expires your service will be provided for the 12 months period that was purchased.

Refunds:

a. A full refund will be given within the first 7 days if you are not happy with our service.

b. No refund will be given after the 7 days period.
